I would like to buy a cake to celebrate my son’s birthday. As much as I would like to get a cake from the famous confectionary in Singapore, I can’t. My son has allergies towards wheat and yeast, which are the normal essential ingredients for cakes. Can someone share with me where in Singapore that I can buy a birthday cake that is made for kids with allergies towards wheat and yeast?

I understand your concern, but all cakes do not contain those alleric ingredients, myself, I have never made a cake with yeast, as for the wheat flour, any baker or bakery in Singapore will make the cake you wish using mochiko.
