Can you name really greasy sounding seafood?

It’s for a forensics play and for the play to make sense it needs to be really greasy seafood.

Or
A really light sounding salad. Be specific!

Shrimp deep fried in lard and not drained very well.

A salad made of iceberg lettuce, sliced radishes, shredded carrots and spritzed with balsamic vinegar.

Shrimp Scampi is delicious, but really it’s just shrimp drowning in garlic and butter sauce. If you want something that is very unpalatable, go with Whale blubber.
