Delicious Dip - the name says it all

1 lge avocado 1 carton sour cream
1 sml onion 1 pkt Taco mix
1 lge tomato grated cheese
Squash avocado into bottom of 2.5cm deep plate. Mix taco mix &
sour cream together then cover avocado. Dice tomato & onion, mix
together and layer over sour cream. Cover with grated cheese. Serve
with crackers or corn chips.
